Jasmine Ott jewelry is meticulously crafted and made to order in Los Angeles, California. Due to the personalized nature of our creations, as well as the detail and care we give to each piece, please allow 3-4 weeks for production. 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We use Fedex or UPS.

We ensure a safe delivery process by mandating an adult signature upon receipt. This precaution is in place to safeguard valuable items, preventing them from being left unattended at your doorstep.

In the event that neither you nor another adult is available for the signature, another delivery attempt will be made the following day.

Should this situation arise, you have the option to contact your local office to redirect the delivery to an alternative address or to have it held at their facility for your convenient pickup.

All of our diamonds are VS in clarity and G/H in color. Our diamonds come from India and we only work with vendors that align with our values that ensure conflict-free diamonds.
