Production Time
Each piece is handmade to order in Los Angeles, CA. Due to the nature of the business, we ask that you please allow 3-4 weeks for the production of your piece. Once your piece is ready for shipment, you will get a notification email.
Returns
The Jasmine Ott team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, with each piece being handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim defect, all sales are final and cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
Once your order is placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. If you cancel after 24 hours, you may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials used for the piece and the amount of time that has been put into production. Custom pieces (like Coat of Arms Letter or engravable pieces) cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
